Freckles.

In short…Uglyspots are my freckles…well, that’s what my freckles and I USED to be called by “those” girls back-in-the-day. My mother feels the need to reassure me of how unique and special my freckles are each time I refer to my “Uglyspots Studios” venture, but Mom, don’t worry…I know, I know…I love freckles,even my own.
I stopped blogging around July of 2011 because of the pressure I felt from “other” bloggers but this time, it’ll be different. I’ll probably just focus on food with this blog. If you know me AT ALL, you know I LOVE food. I love to eat it, I love to cook it and I want to learn how to write about it…a la food critic style. So, welcome back.
